Our workers travel on foot, by bike, or by scooter. Please measure and weigh before booking.

We can carry

- Small electronics (phones, tablets, accessories)
- Books, stationery, small homewares
- Shoes and bags (standard sizes)
- Flat-packed items under 60cm
We cannot carry
- ✗Furniture or large flat-pack homewares
- ✗Bicycles, scooters, large sporting equipment
- ✗Anything over 5kg or exceeding dimensions
- ✗Fragile items requiring specialist packaging
- ✗Hazardous, flammable, or restricted items
- ✗Anything requiring a vehicle or second person
